EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- Actively within the Rifle and Delta Correctional Centers and the county jail and paying peer leaders within the correctional facility.
- Established programming within 10 miles of correctional centers to support reintegration.
- Co-developed the legislature-mandated peer-facilitated pre-release and reentry program with staff and inmates at Sterling Correctional Facility.
- Supervise youth peer programming for Youth Offender Services.
- Provide bilingual and bicultural groups within all locations.
- Employ the Brief Assessment of Recovery Capital and the Eight Dimensions of Wellness to monitor and enhance participant progress.
